Feedback and feature requests come in from all channels, especially Zendesk. Send user feedback from Zendesk tickets directly to Roadmap to track feedback. With the Roadmap and Zendesk integration, ideas, feedback, and follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks and you don’t have to worry about endlessly tagging tickets in Zendesk.

Installation

The ability to submit feedback from Zendesk is available for any Roadmap users on the Pro plan or above.

If you are not a Roadmap user yet, sign up for a free trial at www.roadmap.space.

Getting Started:

To install the Roadmap app:

  1. Find your Roadmap ID under Options > Widgets > Feedback, under the Embedding tab.
  2. On the installation page, paste in the Roadmap ID, and click Install.
  3. When the installation is complete, refresh your Zendesk Support account to see the Roadmap icon in the ticket sidebar.
