Installation

How to set up the Asana integration

The integration must be installed in Zendesk and Asana. If you can’t find the integration, please make sure it’s installed on both platforms.

Install in Zendesk

  1. Click "Install" at the top of this page.

  2. Select your Zendesk account and click "Install."

  3. Navigate to a ticket, open the "Apps" drawer on the right hand side, and find Asana.

  4. Click "Connect to Asana" to authorize your Asana account and complete installation!

  5. Note that the integration must be installed in Zendesk and Asana. If you started in Zendesk, navigate to Asana to complete installation.

Install in Asana

  1. Navigate to a project where you would like to install the Asana integration.

  2. Click "Customize" at the the top right-hand corner of the project.

  3. Select "+Add app."

  4. Select "Zendesk."

  5. You'll be prompted by a full screen installation wizard.

  6. Authorize your Zendesk user account.

  7. The Zendesk integration is installed at the project level. Follow on-screen instructions to add the integration to all relevant projects.

  8. Note that the integration must be installed in Asana and Zendesk. If you started in Asana, navigate to Zendesk to complete installation.
