The Ticket Requirements app monitors ticket updates and alerts agents when critical attributes are missing, such as unassigned tickets or requesters without organization affiliations. Rather than enforcing mandatory fields, it sends notifications to encourage compliance with ticket quality standards. This approach helps teams maintain data consistency while preserving workflow flexibility.
