SimPRO is a very popular field service management application. SimPRO has the ability to manage customers, generate quotations, manage jobs, save customer's site info and more.
This app is used to send ticket information from your Zendesk account to simPRO quickly - to Quotes or Jobs.
Customers are searched using the email in the Zendesk ticket on the Customers module in simPRO.
The app will also check for sites linked to the customer. If the site is not found, a default site will be linked in the Quote or Job.
If the customer email is not found in simPRO customer module, then the app will create a new customer in simPRO.
The information carried over to simPRO includes-customer information, site information , Zendesk ticket ID, ticket information as description.
The app will also link new or existing Quote or Job numbers in Zendesk. The Zendesk ticket URL and ID will appear in the Activity Timeline of the Quote or Job.

Installation
