Installation

How to Install Facilio in Zendesk:

  • Go to Tickets Zendesk application Search for facilio
  • Click on the application to install
  • Provide Facilio username and password click install to sign-in
  • Email '[email protected]' if you have login issues
  • Facilio workorder will come as a side application after installation
  • User can create and track facility management tickets from the side application
  • User can also add comments to the facilio ticket from Zendesk
  • side app User can use Facilio workorder as a subticket to the main Zendesk ticket
