Installation
Connect your Bugpilot account with Zendesk.
Make sure that you complete the onboarding – including the script installation.
Once the setup is completed, open the Zendesk Chat Widget (as a customer) and start a conversation. Inside Zendesk Support for the same conversation, you will see an automatically generated report in your Bugpilot app. Please make sure that the Bugpilot app is expanded and visible inside the “Apps” menu.
