Installation

After installing the app from the marketplace, you will need to enter API Key and API Secret from Mixpanel. To do this:

  • Login to Mixpanel
  • Click Account in the top navigation
  • Click Projects
  • Copy and paste API Key and API Secret values into the proper fields in Zendesk
  • Click Install

Now, when you navigate to a ticket, you can see information from Mixpanel about the ticket requester in the ticket sidebar. The integration also works in the new Zendesk Chat window.
