Connecting YouScan to Zendesk allows you to instantly receive new mentions about your brand as tickets in Zendesk.
Note: This integration requires YouScan paid or trial account.
Data Disclosure
YouScan does not read or store any data from your Zendesk account. When a social media mention matches a configured topic, a Zendesk ticket is created containing the relevant mention data. Authentication is secured via OAuth 2.0, and no passwords are stored.
Installation
If you are not already a YouScan customer you’ll need to sign up at https://youscan.io/en/
Then follow these easy steps:
- Once you have signed up and configured a monitoring topic, open Integrations section in a topic settings menu
- Click the Add button under the Zendesk integration
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain name
- Click Authorize Zendesk button. You will be redirected to your Zendesk account
- Log in to your Zendesk account and click Allow
- Integration is ready.
Just set up rules to send mentions to Zendesk automatically or send specific mentions manually.
