The Advanced Export app lets you export ticket data, user details, organization information, and Help Center / Guide content.

- Transfers ticket and user data to selected file formats. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Data stored: Exported data is stored on our servers.
- Retention: 30 days unless deleted by the user.
- Secure backend processing with access limited to required integration permissions only.
Installation
Use this app to export tickets with comments to CSV, XLSX, JSON or HTML files and Guide articles to HTML.
Install the app
- Click install
- Open Zendesk Support and click the app's icon on the left pane.
- Press Continue and grant the app access to your Zendesk
To start export
- Click on New Export to start.
- Select the type of items you want to export.
- Enter the filter details.
- Click on Submit. The export will be processed in the background.
