Setting:

2.Set restrictions as needed.
3.Edit external ID on app screen.

We save the entered content in the external_id field of either the ticket or the user in Zendesk.
This app does not collect any data entered by users. Data entered by users is stored within Zendesk, either in [Tickets] or [User].
Such data is stored and used only within Zendesk and is never stored outside of Zendesk. Furthermore, no data is shared with any third parties.
The data is handled strictly within the scope necessary to provide the service and, unless explicitly disclosed, it is never used for unintended purposes such as training AI models. Additionally, no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data will be shared without user consent.

Installation
Click 'Install' on Zendesk Marketplace, then select your Zendesk account to proceed with the installation.
From Zendesk Admin Center, fill in required fields and click 'Install' to complete the setup.
Setting:
1.Enter title of this app.
2.Set role and group restrictions. (Optional)
Once installed, the app will be available on sidebar/user sidebar.
