About Ticket Field Manager
The Ticket Field Manager app enables an administrator to quickly hide, require, or make read-only certain ticket fields in the agent interface.
Some of the fields available include:
- requester
- assignee
- collaborator
- sharedWith
- status
- ticket_form_id (the ticket form dropdown)
- tags
- type
- priority
- problem
- custom_field_ID (e.g. custom_field_1234)

Installation
Install the Ticket Field Manager app. Then, configure the settings to specify which fields should be hidden, read-only, and required.
