About Ticket Field Manager

The Ticket Field Manager app enables an administrator to quickly hide, require, or make read-only certain ticket fields in the agent interface.

Some of the fields available include:

  • requester
  • assignee
  • collaborator
  • sharedWith
  • status
  • ticket_form_id (the ticket form dropdown)
  • tags
  • type
  • priority
  • problem
  • custom_field_ID (e.g. custom_field_1234)
