Installation
It's pretty simple. All you have to do is install the Ticket Field Importer app to use it immediately. Just make sure to format the CSV file as indicated by this Zendesk Help Center article. /n/nTo use the app, just select the field you want to update, choose the corresponding CSV file with the file selector, and then submit. After you confirm, the status of the upload will be shown.
