Installation

Install the app, then pin it to your top bar in Zendesk Support. Click the ★ icon next to any view to add it to your favorites for instant access.

⚙️ Post-Install Setup (Required for all users)

To allow all agents to use this app:

  1. Go to Admin Center → Objects and rules → Custom objects → Quick View App (created by the app).
  2. Under Permissions, enable 'View', 'Edit', 'Add', and 'Delete' for all roles that will use the app.
  3. Under Object list, select Only admins.

This hides the object from the Agent Workspace while keeping it functional for all users.
