Data and privacy
This app runs entirely within the Zendesk App Framework (ZAF) in your agents' browser. Customer data (tickets, users, organizations, and related fields) is only accessed through Zendesk's official APIs via ZAF, in the context of the logged-in agent. We do not store, transmit, or process your data on our own servers. Data is not shared with third parties and is not used for any purpose other than powering the app's features inside your Zendesk instance. Installation
Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Admin icon in the navigation bar.
Under Apps, select Marketplace, then find the Hide User Fields app and click the tile.
On the Hide User Fields app page, click Install app in the upper-right corner.
Click Install.
