The Drupal integration provides two modules: Remote Authentication enables single sign-on between Zendesk and Drupal sites, automatically logging in users across both platforms, and the Zendesk Feedback Tab allows site administrators to embed a configurable feedback widget on their Drupal site with granular permission controls. This integration benefits Drupal site owners seeking to streamline user authentication and collect customer feedback without requiring separate logins.
