Data and privacy

This app runs entirely within the Zendesk App Framework (ZAF) in your agents' browser. Customer data (tickets, users, organizations, and related fields) is only accessed through Zendesk's official APIs via ZAF, in the context of the logged-in agent. We do not store, transmit, or process your data on our own servers. Data is not shared with third parties and is not used for any purpose other than powering the app's features inside your Zendesk instance. Access to data is limited to what the installed app is allowed to do in your Zendesk account. For more details, see our Legal & Data Protection Notice.

Installation

Install the app, choose the fields you wish to display by using the + Button then Field. Once the field is created, select the ticket/organization/users field you wish to display and give it a name.

You could also create Section to organize / separate your fields. Finally, You can use the preview or go directly in a ticket / application to double check the result
