Installation
- Click the install button
2.Select Zendesk account to install. The integration will automatically setup the Woopra app in Zendesk - After installation, select the actions you wish to track from the configuration tab
- Select the events you wish to sync between Woopra and Zendesk
- Select 'Apply Configuration' to begin syncing data
- To use the Zendesk Trigger actions, navigate to 'Configure' and 'Create Trigger'
- Select the segment of users, trigger action and frequency
- Select 'Add Action' to select the appropriate Zendesk action and save your configuration.
