How it works
SyncHub works by querying the Zendesk API for changes to your data, then incrementally storing those changes in a reporting database. We supply you with your own dedicated cloud-hosted database, allowing for one-click install, or you can provide your own database and we'll store the data there - we support Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Postgres and SQL Server/Azure.

Installation
Visit our site for a free trial, and follow the setup wizard to connect to Zendesk. The whole process takes just a couple of minutes:
- Sign up for a free trial (no credit card required)
- Follow the prompts to connect to Zendesk, using their secure OAuth2 protocol
- If you're using our free provided database, we'll provide you with database credentials that you can use to connect to your data using the standard Database Connector of your favourite reporting tool
