When a Support Engineer opens a Ticket in Zendesk, the Quark.ai Assistant app shows the Resolutions next to the Ticket, so the support engineer doesn’t need to spend time reading documents.

Installation
- Download Quark.ai Assistant app from marketplace.
- Click on the Quark.ai logo on the top right of the screen and click on contact form.
- Complete the form. Once we receive the form data, we will set up a client key and send it to you.
- Once you receive your client key from us click on the Quark.ai icon again and provide your client key to the app.
