  • Have all customer context upon first interaction: Be prepared to answer unknown questions when picking up a ticket. Support agents will have access to summaries and suggested next steps when they open a ticket.

  • Send personalized replies in seconds: Efficiently craft and refine customer responses, including adjusting tone and conciseness.

  • Customize your team's experience: Rearrange or swap the Glean agents powering the Home tab. Build new AI agents and add them inside the Agents tab.
