Customers share their opinions with your business every day on phone calls, chats, and support tickets. Everywhere organizes that information for you using AI powered with natural language understanding. Everywhere can automatically process your existing Zendesk conversations and highlight the rich, detailed product feedback trends that your customers discuss. Our AI structures this data so that you can filter these insights by topic, product, brand, location, people, and more.

Installation

  1. Sign in or sign up for an Everywhere account at Everywhere by SupporTrends Platform.
  2. On the Everywhere by SupporTrends Platform, visit the developer token page.
  3. Copy the token on that page.
  4. Click the Install button in the Zendesk Marketplace to add the Everywhere App to your Zendesk account.
  5. Paste the token you copied in step 3 into the token input box.
  6. Zendesk now automatically sends tickets to Everywhere for natural language processing!
