Installation
To connect Zendesk to Databox:
- Log in to your Databox account at app.databox.com
- Go to Data Manager > + New connection
- Search for "Zendesk" and select it
- Click "Connect" and authorize Databox to access your Zendesk data
- Select the metrics you want to track
- Add them to your dashboards
