Installation
Authenticate via OAuth2
- Go to the integration site: https://zendesk-auth.ask-ai.co/zendesk/auth/start
- Enter subdomain and click “OK”
- Click “Allow”
- If the onboarding was done successfully, you’ll get the success page
- If the onboarding failed, you’ll get the error page, in this case please copy the error details and contact support by clicking the “contact support” button or sending an e-mail to [email protected]
