
The Agent Ticket Counts app displays ticket distribution across agents, broken down by status and totals, with filtering by group or organization and sorting options by name or ticket count. Managers and supervisors benefit from the ability to quickly assess agent workload distribution and identify unassigned tickets across the support team. The app automatically refreshes counts on each view and excludes light and suspended agents by default for clearer reporting.

The Agent Ticket Counts app lets you quickly see ticket counts for each agent in your installation.
Features:
See ticket counts for each user, divided by ticket status and total.
Show overall counts per status, including counts of unassigned tickets.
Filter agents by group or organization.
Sort agents by name, or by any of the specific counts, in either ascending or descending order.
Light agents are not displayed
Suspended agents are not displayed by default, but can be displayed through a setting.
Counts are automatically refreshed every time you open the app.
Installation
Simply click install. The only app setting is 'Include Suspended Agents'; if you select it, suspended agents will be visible in the app.
