Vendor Description

Agent Activity Tags allows Zendesk admins to configure tags to be added to tickets that an agent updates, making it easy to see the tickets that an agent has worked on, not just those they have solved.

Add Activity Tags in three situations:

  • When a public comment is made

  • When any comment is made (including a private note)

  • When any update at all is made (Change of status, group, or other field)

  • Tagging can be disabled for individual agents

Update 2.0.0: Adds advanced filtering options, including custom user field filtering. Bulk update options now allow setting a single tag to multiple agents and setting the activity level option based on the currently shown agents.

Installation

  1. Click Install and follow the installation prompts.

  2. IMPORTANT: Role and Group Restrictions - Tagging will only work for agents in groups or roles allowed during install.

  3. Use the new navigation sidebar icon to go to the settings page.

  4. Agents have default 'firstnamelastnametag' tags already set - change these if desired.

  5. Choose the setting you require for all agents or customise for each agent. Use filtering options to select agents for bulk setting changes.

  6. Save settings.
