Important Note: Please ensure that your Zoom Admin has enabled this setting for you to use Zoom Phone Calling from Zendesk. While on a call, you will see the dialog box Allow Zoom Phone for Zendesk to manage call control actions on your behalf, asking you to make the selection of “Always”, “Now”, “Never” to manage your call control: You can change your selections at any time.
