Installation
Install the app.
On the settings screen, click the OAuth button to enable your Slack account to receive messages from the Zendesk app.
Refresh Zendesk.
You may now mention your colleague’s name (e.g., @danny). Your message, including any images and files, will be transmitted to your colleague’s Slack app.
