Installation
In order to install the WorkRamp app in your Zendesk account, complete the following steps:
- Click the install button above
- In a separate tab log into your WorkRamp account as you normally do
- That's it! WorkRamp search will now show up when looking at tickets inside Zendesk allowing you to easily search your training content!
