Installation
- Click Install button to install the app to your Zendesk instance.
- Go to "UnifyApps" settings and enter your Domain, Tenant Id and Interface details.
- Enter your subdomain in OAuth section and click Authenticate, and complete your authorization with UnifyApps.
- The app is configured now, you can see "UnifyApps" in tickets sidebar apps section. Please email us at [email protected] for more details.
