Installation
Installation Instructions
- Create an API Key
Sign up for a trial account at twig.so
Navigate to Menu → API Keys
Click Create New Key, name it (e.g. “Zendesk”)
Copy the generated API key
- Install the Zendesk App
Find and install “Twig AI for Zendesk” in the Zendesk Marketplace
Paste your API key into the API Key field
Pin the app to your sidebar for easy access
