About Ticket Goals
This app enables admins to set ticket goals for all team members and displays the goal progress in the ticket sidebar.
- Boost your teams motivation and performance by giving them clearly defined goals
- You can create daily and weekly goals for each support agent
- Organize your team members in groups to set up team goals
- Simple interface and easy to use

Installation
Basic installation:
- Install the app
- Open a ticket to see the new app in the app section of the ticket sidebar
- Add a goal for yourself by clicking on the reply counter next to the progress bar and typing in your goal
Advanced Configuration:
- Open the app settings via the app icon in the left hand sidebar
- Select a group from the drop-down selector
- Add default goals in the fields next to the group selector to activate team-based counting for this group
- Additionally, you can click on the reply counter of each team member to set up individual goals
