About Teqtivity IT Asset Management
The Teqtivity for Zendesk add-on enables you to view assets assigned or loaned to a reporter, assign assets to the reporter, and change the status of the reporter’s assigned/loaned assets. The quick link allows you to load the reporter’s profile within Teqtivity to view more details.

Installation
Install the app and configure the settings within the app
Get Started is Easy!
- Log in to your Zendesk account.
- Click on the Admin icon.
- Under Apps, click on Marketplace
- Search for Teqtivity IT Asset Management
- Click Install App
To create your Teqtivity API token, follow the below steps:
- Login to Teqtivity
- Go to the Toolbox page
- Click on API Users
- Generate a new token. Be sure to include a title and description
- Once the Token is generated, copy and paste into the Zendesk plugin
