The TalentPop Zendesk App allows secure integration with your Zendesk account. Once installed, the app enables TalentPop to access relevant support data, such as ticket volume, response times, resolution rates, and CSAT, through Zendesk APIs.

How we handle data: • Data accessed: tickets, users, organizations, and related support metrics, strictly for reporting and analysis. • Purpose: to generate real-time, actionable insights and performance dashboards for your leadership team. • Storage: data is transmitted over TLS and stored securely with encryption at rest. Logs are retained only for troubleshooting and are purged on a rolling basis. • Access controls: data access is limited to authorized TalentPop systems and staff, following the principle of least privilege. • Retention & deletion: client data is only retained for the duration of the engagement. You may request deletion of data at any time.

We do not sell customer data, and we do not expose Zendesk data to unauthorized third parties. All processing is aligned with TalentPop's Privacy Policy and industry best practices.
