The StatusHub app for Zendesk displays IT incidents and planned maintenance directly inside the Zendesk ticket interface.
Once installed, you can view:
- Incidents from up to 90 days in the past
- Scheduled maintenance up to 90 days in the future
This information is shown in the Zendesk apps panel, allowing you to understand what issues are currently affecting customers and what maintenance is planned without leaving the ticket you are working on.
By keeping service status visible inside Zendesk, the app helps ensure responses remain accurate and consistent with your official status updates. This improves overall support efficiency.
Data disclosure:
The StatusHub Zendesk app accesses service status data from your StatusHub account and displays it inside Zendesk for authorized users.
Data is used solely to provide in-context service status visibility for support agents.

Installation
In order to install StatusHub app for Zendesk you have to perform following steps:
Prerequisites:
- You are the administrator of an active hub in StatusHub
- Enable the Zendesk application via the "External Applications" section of StatusHub control panel
- Copy the token
Installation steps:
- Click on the Install button in the Zendesk Marketplace
- Input the token
- If needed edit the parameters used by StatusHub app
