Data Privacy & Security
Sharely operates within your Zendesk environment and does not store or process attachment contents outside of Zendesk. All document previews are rendered client-side in your browser using read-only access to Zendesk's official APIs.
For product reliability and improvement, we use analytics and error monitoring tools (PostHog and Sentry), which receive limited technical metadata such as user roles, organization identifiers, file types, and application usage events. Document contents, attachment data, customer information, and personally identifiable information are never transmitted to these services.

Installation
Sharely requires no configuration and works immediately after installation. Follow these simple steps to get started:
- Click the Install button to add Sharely to your Zendesk account
- Navigate to any support ticket in your Zendesk Support interface
- Look for the Ticket Attachments panel in the right sidebar
- Click on the panel to expand it and view all attachments from the ticket
- Click on any attachment to preview it instantly within the sidebar
- Use the toolbar controls to zoom, navigate pages, or open the document in fullscreen mode
- Click the back button to return to the attachment list
No additional settings, API keys, or configuration are required. The app works out of the box for all agents who have access to view tickets.
