The Savoir Technology - Data Import application provides an efficient solution for importing data directly from the top bar. With this tool, you can easily bring relevant information into the system, including Tickets, Users, Groups, and Organizations.
Concerning Tickets, you can import a variety of information such as status, priority, description, and details related to the submission. Regarding Users, the import covers data such as alias, email, phone, role, and various other details essential for effective management. As for Groups, the import process includes name, description, and specific settings, such as whether it is public or not. Finally, Organizations can be imported with details such as name, notes, tags, and other information relevant to your operation.
This streamlined import functionality provides a more agile and efficient integration of data, contributing to the optimization of processes and overall system performance improvement.
Installation
Installation is simple. Simply search for the Savoir Import app in the Zendesk Apps Marketplace and click Install.
You already be able to use the app in your Zendesk.
