Reply From has been created to help all the people who handle an instance with many groups and/or brands who need to have complete and easy control of the email addresses used to speak to the clients.
With this application, you can:
- Change the email address used in an existing ticket
- Choose the right email address when you are creating a ticket
- Start to type an email address and get the list filtered out when you are searching the right email address to use
- Define rules for each Group to help your agents in choosing the right email address to use
But you can do much more! With the settings you can:
- Block a message if the agent hasn't set a valid email address
- Automatically set the right email address for a specific group & brand!

Installation
To install the app:
- Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace clicking the Install button on the top right of this page
- In Zendesk set the app permissions. Please note that in most use cases, this app should be enabled for everyone.
- Click on the icon of the app on the left of your Zendesk Interface to change the settings and enjoy your 15 days free trial!
