Installation
Install the app
- Click 'Install' to start the process.
- You’ll be redirected to your Zendesk admin area (ensure you have admin rights).
- During installation, you’ll be prompted to provide payment details. Rephraser AI includes a 7-day free trial, and you can avoid charges by canceling before the trial ends.
- The app is named ‘Rephraser AI’ by default, but you can rename it if needed.
- Apply role or group restrictions if required.
- Click ‘Install’ again to complete setup.
Access the app
- Go to your Zendesk Agent Workspace.
- Open a ticket and type your response in the editor.
- Click the Rephraser AI icon at the bottom of the editor to instantly refine your message.
