Installation
Installation Instructions
Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace.
Open any Zendesk ticket to access the app panel on the right side of the screen.
Click the registration link in the app to sign up at dashboard.appdash.io.
After registration, click the "Authorize Zendesk" button in the dashboard to connect your Zendesk account.
- This will initiate Zendesk's Global OAuth flow.
- Follow the prompts to review and grant access to the AppDash app.
- This will initiate Zendesk's Global OAuth flow.
Once Zendesk is connected, configure your Reddit integration:
- Choose the subreddits and keywords you want to monitor.
- All new Reddit posts that match your settings will automatically appear in Zendesk as tickets.
- Choose the subreddits and keywords you want to monitor.
You're all set! You can now view and reply to Reddit posts directly from Zendesk.
