- Perform semantic searches, intent detection, and metadata searches on your documents.
- Integrate with Slack for seamless internal team collaboration.
- Add a web query widget to your website, allowing end-users to query your documents directly.
QuikQuery is built to simplify document retrieval and enhance productivity by providing a powerful API and easy-to-use integrations.
Installation
- Log in to your Zendesk account and navigate to the Marketplace.
- Search for 'QuikQuery' and click on the app.
- Click 'Install' and follow the prompts to add the app to your Zendesk instance.
- Provide the required API Key and Bot ID in the app settings.
- Test the integration by querying your documents directly from Zendesk or your website.
