Zendesk’s problem and incident ticket types allow you to link multiple related tickets together and handle them as one big issue. Any update you send to a problem is automatically reflected on all linked incident tickets, making it easy to manage widespread problems or related issues from within Agent Workspace.
However where Problems allow you to easily get an overview of related Incidents, there’s no place in Zendesk to get an insight in all active problems and their related incidents, which makes it tricky to see what’s actually going on.
Problem Viewer for Zendesk fixes this problem with a powerful new navbar app.
Expand the default Zendesk view
