Phrase for Support allows agents to translate end user and internal ticket comments using Phrase Machine Translation directly inside Zendesk Support.
Translations are triggered manually by agents, giving full control over when and what content is translated.

The app is designed to handle tickets with long comment histories and large volumes of text.
Before sending content to Phrase, the app removes invisible Unicode characters, excessive whitespace, repeated characters, malformed HTML, and other noise that can negatively affect translation quality or cause API errors.
Temporary data such as logs and cached translations are stored in the browser local storage and can be cleared from the app settings when needed.

Does not call the Zendesk API from outside Zendesk
Sends only selected ticket text to Phrase for translation
Does not persist ticket content outside the active Zendesk session

This app is intended for global support teams that need accurate, controlled, and scalable ticket translation directly inside Zendesk Support.
Installation
Prerequisite: You must have an active Phrase account and a valid Phrase API token.
Log in to Zendesk Support as an administrator.
Open Admin Center, then go to Apps and integrations > Apps > Zendesk Support apps.
Click Install on Phrase for Support.
To set up in Zendesk, the admin will need:
API URL for their Phrase account
Phrase login credentials
Phrase organization UID
Complete the installation.
Open any Zendesk ticket and locate the Phrase app in the app sidebar to begin translation.
