About OneCockpit
OneCockpit is a software for customer management and CRM. It concisely displays customer data from different tools. Leads can be easily managed with the integrated CRM tool. This simplifies workflows. This app has the following functions: + In the OneCockpit customer overview, Zendesk tickets are listed and displayed. + From within OneCockpit, you can create a new Zendesk ticket. + In Zendesk, the customer data from OneCockpit is displayed next to a ticket. This app can only be used with an active OneCockpit account.
Installation
This app is installed by activating the Zendesk integration from within a OneCockpit installation. Inside OneCockpit, * go to Settings, Integrations and click on the button to add a new integration. * Select Zendesk and enter your Zendesk-subdomain. * After clicking on Connect, authenticate in Zendesk and allow your OneCockpit installation to access your Zendesk account.
The app will then be installed automatically. Please do not change the settings set during that process, or something may not work as expected.
