Installation
Inside of your Monterey AI workspace, navigate to Settings, then Integrations, and finally Zendesk. Next, click “Connect” and authorize Monterey AI to have access to your Zendesk account. Upon returning to Monterey AI having approved its access, click the toggle to enable ingesting Zendesk tickets. That's it! Data will begin ingesting and automatically refreshing several times per day.
