Installation
- Log in to Membrain with an admin account
- In the Membrain menu, select "Admin"
- Select the integration's tab
- Click on "Configure Zendesk Integration"
- Walk through the setup instructions step-by-step
Wait for 5-10 minutes and your sales team will be able to see the support tickets from Zendesk in Membrain. You can also allow the integration to create new accounts in Zendesk, which is handy to automate a hand-over from sales to customer support.
