Installation
In order to use our Zendesk integration, all you need is a Zendesk Support account with administrator permissions, a Mayday account and a Mayday API key.
- Create a Mayday account.
- Install the Mayday app in Zendesk Support using a Zendesk admin account.
- Fill the form at the end of the installation with your Zendesk subdomain and your Mayday API key.
- Go back to your Zendesk integration settings in Mayday and fill the form in part
- Finally, authorize Mayday to connect to your Zendesk account.
