About Macro: Find & Replace
The Macro: Find & Replace app allows you to easily find and replace text within your Zendesk Macros. With this app, you can quickly search for specific words or phrases and bulk replace them with updated or corrected text, ensuring consistency and accuracy in your macros. The app integrates seamlessly with your Zendesk account, giving you easy access to all your macros right in your sidebar.
You can also filter by categories and active status, update Macro titles & update one specific macro from the list, as well as all of them at once – if there’s something you feel like we’re missing please feel free to reach out!
