Keep is powered by your docs, help center, previous tickets, Slack conversations and any other source you connect Inkeep to.
Installation
Installation Guide
Pre-requisites
- Access to your Inkeep account dashboard: portal.inkeep.com
- Familiarity with Zendesk Marketplace installation process
Installation Steps
Access Zendesk: Log in to your Zendesk account with administrator credentials.
Install the Application: Navigate to the Zendesk Marketplace and search for "Keep AI Copilot for Support". Once you find the app, click the "Install" button to begin the installation process.
Authorize Installation: Review and accept the requested permissions.
Configure the App: Follow the prompts to set up the app, including inputting your Inkeep Support Copilot API key.
Generate API Key:
- Go to the Inkeep Dashboard
- Select your project under Projects
- Navigate to the Integrations tab
- Click on Create integration
- Select Support Copilot
- Name it "Zendesk Support Copilot"
- Click on Create
- Paste the generated API key in the Zendesk app configuration
Optimize Display: Pin the app to the support sidebar for the best chat experience.
Test the Application:
- Open a support ticket in Zendesk
- Access the support ticket sidebar application
- Verify that the Keep AI Copilot for Support is functioning correctly
