Getting started is easy with Oomnitza:
- Log in to your Zendesk account
- Click on the Admin gear/icon in the lower left
- Under Apps, click Marketplace
- Click on Asset Lifecycle Management by Oomnitza
- Click Install App
- Enter your Oomnitza System URL (e.g. https://yourcompany.oomnitza.com)
- Click Install and you're done!
