We package up their submission into the "perfect ticket" which includes contact details, sentiment, and preferred contact method and submit it to your Zendesk via API.

Installation
Simply install Hark for free through the Zendesk marketplace and Hark will follow up with a token, and script that you can place on your website, in your chatbot flow, or even on order confirmation emails.
Hark will also be automatically added to your support ticket sidebar.
In the app settings page after installation, look for the authToken parameter.
Paste the token that will be provided by the Hark team, into the authToken field.
Save your changes.
